CRM Manager - Leading Mobile Top-Up Provider

CRM Manager Role – Global Mobile Top-Up Provider - £40-50k – Dublin/London

The world’s fastest growing mobile top-up provider is looking to recruit a Consumer Retention Manager to ensure that, as it expands into new and emerging markets and widens its product portfolio, it develops effective marketing strategies to retain its existing customers.

The CRM Manager will drive forward the company’s marketing strategies, including the implementation of its impending loyalty programme, and take ownership of its eCRM function as email marketing proves a major strategy for the company as a way of interacting with its consumers.  The CRM Manager will play a major part in incentivising the existing consumer base, inputting different multi-channel promotions. The role will be responsible for a couple of more junior CRM executives, and be charged with ensuring best practice across the CRM function.

The CRM Manager will have proven experience in a CRM-type role, with a background in loyalty and retention programmes a distinct advantage.  Experience managing a team in a previous role is preferable, as is strong knowledge of the multi-channel marketing environment.

The role is likely to be based in their global head office in Dublin, although applications will be considered for London as a UK-based office is currently being established. The salary for the role is £40-£50k.
