Fixed Term Contract September 2012 - March 2013

Experienced at delivering effective digital marketing strategies and keen to test your skills on a bigger stage? Then look no further than this Digital Marketing Executive role with Comic Relief.

We deliver two of the UK’s largest fundraising events, Red Nose Day and Sport Relief and work hard to push boundaries as well as delight audiences to ensure our campaigns continue to inspire and break records.

It’s not for the faint hearted, however you will enjoy the rare opportunity to implement a digital marketing campaign for Red Nose Day 2013 with specific emphasis on search engine marketing, digital advertising and social media.

As part of a supportive marketing team you will be responsible for working with service partners to develop our SEM and optimise campaign effectiveness. You will also develop Red Nose Day’s online display activity and be involved in integrating our social media strategy into the wider campaign.

You will also identify key influencers online and find creative ways to get them talking about Red Nose Day to amplify campaign noise.

Crucial will be your ability to use tracking, reporting and analysis to ensure activity is performing as effectively as possible and use these insights to optimise activity during campaign to maximise performance.

You must be a confident digital marketer who has already proven themselves in delivering digital marketing, particularly social media, search and advertising.

You’re skilled at running comprehensive and time-sensitive projects, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and can build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Good at getting the best out of creative teams you embrace innovation, are great at producing clear and insightful briefs and are comfortable interpreting and acting on research data.

You will need to hit the ground running and our expectations will be high, but we can promise you an amazing experience working in a friendly and committed team.
