The Role
As Digital Account Manager on the Digital Display team at this forward thinking agency you will be responsible for managing their largest client, an advisory finance client for consumers. You will act as the main day to day contact for your client and be the digital lead within the agency. You will work closely with the biddable media team and the other agencies involved in the account. You will take briefs from the client for upcoming activity, work with them to form the digital strategy, undertake implementational digital planning (for which you will be required to use industry tools to inform media choices), produce media schedules, activate campaign activity, optimise and report on performance. You will manage an account executive who will assist you in this role and you will have access to a further two account executives for support. In addition, you will be key to the planning and negotiating of digital media partnerships, engaging relevant media owners and managing the process from end to end, ensuring best value is delivered.
Your profile
You will have previous experience within digital display, Knowledge of planning tools eg. Comscore, TGI and excellent client servicing skills. A knowledge and experience of the wider digital landscape including search, biddable, SEO, partnerships is preferential.
