Senior Pricing Manager - SQL/SAS
This globally recognised Ecommerce company is offering the opportunity to secure a challenging and rewarding role heading up their Pricing Analytics function. With a mix of hands on analysis, delivering insight and recommendations to stakeholders, and management of a highly skilled and passionate team, this position is the perfect opportunity for an experienced manager to take the next step and forge a career within a highly successful company.
THE ROLE:
You will improve business performance and optimise the overall customer proposition through a combination of pricing analysis and strategy development. You will conduct statistical analysis using tools such as SQL, SAS, and SPSS, in order to develop and optimise analytically-driven pricing strategy, and in doing so improve customer engagement.
The insight you draw from your analysis will be essential in driving business decisions, and you will deliver impactful recommendations based on this to senior management and stakeholders in order to drive change within the business.
You will manage a small team of analysts, ensuring that all analysis and findings are accurate and of the highest quality, and that the resulting recommendations and strategy are built on strong analytical foundations in order to provide the best possible improvements to existing pricing policy.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High quality degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent qualification, particularly in a numerate subject
- Advanced analytical skills (particularly pricing analysis), ideally using SQL but SAS/SPSS/Excel will also be considered
- Proven ability to manage a team, providing support and leadership
