To further improve business performance the Client Director will have full responsibility of creating & leading business account strategy, contractual negotiation & renewal and ownership over the entire client relationship. You will be tasked to engage clients in thought leadership programmes to enhance the partnership style of relationships Communisis are known to hold.
Leadership is an important aspect of the role and to ensure tactical execution is delivered effectively the Client Director will lead and inspire talented account teams across multiple locations and different industry verticals. As a senior leader in the business you will be expected to establish a performance improvement culture across your teams where everyone is encouraged to maximise and achieve their potential.
A proven Client Director, with substantial commercial acumen, all round business experience, knowledge of the full marketing mix and demonstrable success at growing major multinational blue chip client accounts across the UK and / or Internationally. Applicants must be solution driven, financially conversant, able to inspire & grow teams, create strategy and make a decisive impact at Board room level.
