Digital Marketing Coordinator, Bristol

A well-established charity is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their busy offices based in Bristol.

Reporting to the Online Marketing Manager, the role will involve supporting with the management of all digital channels in order to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include…
- Supporting and assisting in the management and delivery of the online offering, including the customer support section, various websites, the virtual offering and all other campaign landing pages
- Assisting in the day-to-day multi-channel delivery of all communications and providing reporting
- Analysing the effectiveness of all online communication and providing suggestions and recommendations
- With the assistance of an third party, helping with the design and delivery of an eCRM programme for the mainstream portfolios
- Managing and updating where necessary the information on the intranet

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working across multiple channels, particularly online. They with have excellent copywriting skills, good understanding of building and maintaining websites, and ideally a good working knowledge of HTML and other programming languages. Preferably of graduate-calibre, they will have a passion for all things digital.
