Most of its work is within the food, retail, technology and consumer lifestyle sectors. Now they are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to work on a client management programme.
THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a bright individual who is passionate about working with clients within the food sector, and delivering a high level of support and service to help them get the most out of the organisation's insight led products and services. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing forum membership, working on acquisition and renewal, developing new products and services for members as well as working to ensure that data and insight is meeting their requirements. The forum is a growing industry body with members drawn from the breadth of the food and beverage sector; clients range from retail operators, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and other industry stakeholders.
YOU
To be considered for this excellent Client Services Manager position you will need the following:
· A track record in account management
· Experience in acquisition and retention marketing
· Skilled at developing new products and services
· Strong analytical skills
· A background in research would be an advantage
