As eCRM Manager, you will play a key role in planning, developing and implementing eCRM activity for a major retailer. You will use email, SMS and other forms of online communication to drive back customers back into controlled channels. Using customer data, you will make observations and recommendations on improving strategy, business processes, activity and technical capabilities.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced eCRM Manager to assume responsibility for a high profile operation within a well-respected and evolving company. Due to the size of the company and its commitment to developing its staff, there are great career prospects on offer along with the superb package. Due to the location of the Hertfordshire office, this position is commutable from Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, St Albans, Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City.
