Top London boutique is seeking a Qual Research Director to join their strategic team. This role will focus on UK based clients, and will involve people, project and client management. It will require an experienced researcher with a track record of building strong client relationships, conducting exceptional 'hands on' qualitative research, as well as managing and developing a fantastic team.
Essential skills required in order to be considered for this position are as follows:
*Full Service Research Agency background - having progressed to AD or Director
*Consumer focused research (especially within FMCG, Media & Retail)
*Experienced focus group moderator & workshop facilitator
*Up to date with the latest innovations and new techniques within qual research
*Creative and Strategic approach with clients
*Research, Proposal & Debrief design
*Engaging story teller making recommendations based on compelling & valuable insights
