Our client is a successful marketing agency specialising in the automotive sector. Their digital work includes business applications, websites, CRM, incentive programmes and email campaigns.  Business is booming and they are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager/Director to join a busy and dynamic digital team, working with their outstanding portfolio including some major automotive brands.

The Role
The Digital Account Manager will be an integral member of the digital team, being the lead client contact on key projects, responsible for building and developing good internal and external relationships and actively growing existing and new business.

You will have a passion for digital solutions and have a proven track record in managing a wide range of web projects from concept to delivery (intranet, extranet, micro sites with a variety of purposes and functionality) and broad experience of B2B and channel marketing.

You will thrive on managing multiple projects and workloads, achieving quality results on budget and to tight deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail be a natural communicator and have a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges.

The successful candidate will have:
A broad experience of B2B and channel marketing – ideally in the automotive sector
A proven track record in managing a wide range of web projects from concept to delivery
An excellent academic record – probably educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven experience in account management and meeting (and exceeding) client expectations
Can join up thinking from offline and online elements and between applications
Have an understanding of audience segments and requirements for content personalisation
A familiarity with requirements for channel/internal applications such as whitelisting, IP restriction, domain ownership issues, browser and device versions etc.
Have strong financial management skills
