They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team on one of the agency's biggest accounts, a famous loyalty brand. It's a fast-paced account covering CRM across several areas of the client's business and the account offers some great opportunities to learn and develop. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of their accounts and for driving their business forward. Solid DM experience is key as this is the main focus of the account. Previous experience in the loyalty market would be advantageous but not essential.
