"Our client, a Boutique Public Relation Agency is looking for an Experienced General Manager to run the Hong Kong office. Candidates must have 8-10 years Public Relations Agency working experience running a mid size team"

  • Acquire new business for the company and maintain good relationship with existing client
  • Financial Management of the account/s to achieve profitability and growth
  • Responsible for the achievement of forecast and the growth of the account
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts


  • Bachelor Degree/Master in Marketing, Communications and Business related
  • 12-18 years working experience, preferred in Advertising/Public Relations agency
  • Relevant China and Hong Kong experience preferred not essential
  • Responsible for growth and development of the accounts and client business
  • Understanding of the client industry and the ability to anticipate and react to change
  • Able to handle & motivate account team to meet client objectives
  • Great Leaderships skills in leading the team
  • Well spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Some travel to Beijing, Shanghai & GuangZhou
