THE ROLE
- Acquire new business for the company and maintain good relationship with existing client
- Financial Management of the account/s to achieve profitability and growth
- Responsible for the achievement of forecast and the growth of the account
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree/Master in Marketing, Communications and Business related
- 12-18 years working experience, preferred in Advertising/Public Relations agency
- Relevant China and Hong Kong experience preferred not essential
- Responsible for growth and development of the accounts and client business
- Understanding of the client industry and the ability to anticipate and react to change
- Able to handle & motivate account team to meet client objectives
- Great Leaderships skills in leading the team
- Well spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Some travel to Beijing, Shanghai & GuangZhou
