Hays UK & Ireland (UK&I) generated fees in excess of £225 million last year, more than 30% of the Group's total net fees. The UK&I business is led by the Management Board, and an important strategic vacancy on that Board has arisen for a Marketing Director. Leading a team of c.30 marketers and working closely with senior operational leaders across the business, the successful person will be expected to drive a high performing marketing platform to deliver success against all commercial targets. Key marketing challenges will include: maximising the impact of sales programmes, developing a leading approach to integrated communications across all digital and social media channels, building awareness and appreciation of the extensive specialist expertise in Hays, and strengthening the reputation of the Hays brand.
In order to flourish in this role, you will have extensive experience of operating within a digital environment. This will include managing high-traffic commercial websites and maximising e-commerce channels and practices. It is essential that you are fully conversant in the latest web technologies, digital analytics and online marketing techniques.
