About the role
This is a brand new role in our growing and dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team, reporting directly to the CRM Director. You’ll play a pivotal role in the company, maximising customer lifetime and value through the implementation of retention marketing activities across personalised email campaigns, proposition development, customer experience, product, journey and beyond. You’ll work closely with the Customer Acquisition Manager to ensure acquisition marketing maximises retention, as well as collaborating with other areas of business such as Product, Programme Management, Strategy, Customer Engagement and Content to make sure we have all the necessary tools in place to keep our customers happy and our targets met.
With plenty of experience of customer retention marketing, you’ll play a proactive role in our newly formed CRM Team. Along with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and email marketing, you’ve a proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at once. You’re highly numerate and able to understand, interpret and draw solid recommendations from data. A strong team player, you’ve excellent communication skills and can meet challenging targets. With a passion for music, you’re keen to take a leading role in this small but fast-paced environment – helping to grow our base across the globe. Experience of the digital music or video market, international marketing and subscription-based models would be ideal.
