About the role
In this brand new role, reporting directly to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director, you’ll support our dynamic CRM team in growing our global customer base through acquisition marketing activity. A key part of our business, responsible for all acquisition marketing activity, you’ll work closely with other business areas including Retention, Product, PR, Strategy and Content to ensure we have all the necessary tools in place to attract new customers.. With a focus on all things digital, you’ll manage our day-to-day marketing activities covering channels including PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliate, Social Mobile and Display, as well as creating and implementing new marketing campaigns.
Proactive in using your extensive digital marketing and customer acquisition experience, you’ll be confident in your ability to meet targets. You’ve a talent for managing multi-media campaigns and controlling budgets as well as understanding customer segmentation models. Highly numerate, you have a strong grasp of web analytics and can understand, interpret and draw solid recommendations from data. With a passion for music, you’re keen to take a leading role in this small but fast-paced environment – helping to grow our customer base across the globe. Experience of digital music, video streaming, and subscription-based models would be beneficial.
