About the role
Reporting directly to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Director, you’ll join the CRM team in being collectively responsible for growing our global customer base. In this brand new role, you’ll analyse and report on all marketing activity across acquisition and retention, working with managers of both areas to produce solid recommendations based on numerical data. Key reporting areas will include forecasting, budget control, performance vs. business plan, KPIs and usage. And managing multiple data sets including online analytics, you’ll compile and analyse consumer and market data, providing an effective insight into customer behaviour. You’ll also work closely with other key areas of our business to manage products and programmes, inform all marketing decisions and ensure consistency throughout. You will, in short, play a crucial part in turning numbers into business.
Your strong analytical background and extensive marketing analysis experience means you’re confident in evaluating and interpreting data to inform recommendations. Highly numerate, possibly with a maths or statistics qualification, you’re knowledgeable in all areas of forecasting and budget control and have a strong customer insight. Your related IT skills such as Microsoft Excel are very strong. Experience of digital music, video streaming, and subscription-based models would be beneficial. With a passion for music, you’re keen to take a leading role in this small but fast-paced environment – helping to grow our customer base across the globe.
