Having experience across marketing and communication planning disciplines and channels, particularly in a retail environment is essential. With a strong focus on in-store, printed and online communication together with surface/packaging design. The ability to think strategically and conceptually and to translate that thinking into coherent and compelling presentations of creative outputs is key to this role. Exceptional people and relationship management skills are essential as you will not only have direct line management responsibilities but also work cross functionally.

You will have worked within brand management or direct marketing roles or a combination of the marketing mix. It essential that you have retail experience and a commercial approach.
