The O2 is the world’s most popular music venue and sells more tickets than its 2 nearest competitors combined, it plays host to the most sought after names in rock, pop and classical music, as well as staging must-see sporting events (including the 2012 Olympics), theatrical productions and shows for all the family.

We are now looking for a CRM and Digital Manager to join our team at The O2

Key duties will include:

  • Embracing the customer – applies a customer centric and commercially focused approach
  • Effectively manage The O2’s CRM/eDM campaigns
  • Effectively manage websites
  • Effectively manage The O2’s Digital Strategy
  • Be competent with analytics key to role as all digital assets must deliver an ROI
  • Creating and implementing an efficient and effective CRM and Digital marketing spend across digital assets
  • Management of a digital exec, and external agencies
  • Work closely with AEG Europe’s CRM and Digital teams to implement localised and venue specific CRM and Digital strategies.

To be successful for this role you must have the following skills

  • Experience with and familiarity with Omniture
  • Experienced in the delivery of complex CRM campaigns
  • Experienced in the delivery of and management of websites including SEO strategy and tagging
  • Strong database marketing and analytics experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, customer/marketing databases
