Working with the Creative Director, you will be strategy focused, take the lead on assigned brands, be able to delegate tasks to the Design team and guide them to produce the highest quality design products.
You will be an inspirational leader who achieves results from a team through example. You will be confident in managing multiple projects from conception to final delivery, be an engaging presenter and possess the ability to build rapport with ease.
A strong packaging portfolio is a must.
The Design Director will be responsible for:
- Taking creative leadership on key account
- Supporting the Creative Director and lead the design team
- Integrating clients' business requirements into brand strategies
- Mentoring, guiding and providing support for members of the design team
- Engaging in pitch development in conjunction with new business
