ABOUT THE COMPANY:
My client produces the world's most powerful cross-channel marketing intelligence software. This SaaS-based product reveals cross channel performance insights hidden deep within companies' marketing data and provides actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. A fast-growing company, they already have a global footprint and are expanding rapidly into Europe. This is a very hot sector in the market and this company has a massive market opportunity as they are considered to be the leaders within the "attribution" space.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Associate Analytics Director, you will provide high-level analytics leadership across client relationships, and will also assist the VP of Analytics to manage staff and resource allocation. You will play the lead analytical role in major client initiatives, and at the same time supervise senior analysts and analysts in the production of first-class campaign analytics work. In addition, you will drive the development of analytical innovations, new processes, tools, techniques and frameworks designed to better serve clients and increase departmental operating efficiencies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:
- BA/BS required, MBA or Masters in related field strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in analytics for direct marketing and advertising industry required, focusing on campaign effectiveness reporting, analytics, and development of customer knowledge in a fast-paced client environment.
- Experience working in software/technology vertical preferred.
- Proven track record of leading analytics strategy with a diverse and demanding client.
- Strong proficiency in the utilisation of analytical techniques for the measurement of digital advertising, CRM and web environments.
-Proven ability to teach and mentor analytical staff.
- Active thought leader with a deep analytical heritage.
- Excellent track record in the integration and use of customer data to develop conclusions, implications, and recommendations that shape future marketing decisions for high-level clients.
- Deep expertise in ad server technology, including an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Strong methodological background in development of online tests for evaluation of online media and creative.
- Solid experience in use of post-exposure study methodology.
- French language skills advantageous.
