Mid - Senior User Experience Researcher £40k - £50k Central Lon
My client, experts in usability and accessibility, are looking for a Mid - Senior User Experience Researcher to join their team. Priding themselves as being very accessible as individuals too, my client is committed to producing easy to understand reporting.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team; mentoring and directing the more junior UX members, as well as being expected to take charge and run things by themselves when required. As such, experience of both mentoring and working alone is a requirement of my Client.
In your role as Mid - Senior User Experience Researcher, you will have various responsibilities, some of which are as follows:
-Planning and carrying out user research including methods such as usability studies and user surveys.
-Carrying out client facing research including focus groups, ethnographic studies and stakeholder interviews.
-Running training courses for their UX and Mobile UX courses.
-Creating presentations, personas, user journeys and wireframes.
-Prototyping skills using Visio, Axure, Balsamiq are highly desired and evidence of using these will be required in your interview.
-Evidence (portfolio/work examples) of your work clearing highlighting great user-centred design solutions.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience carrying out facilitated workshops.
-Ideally a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Experimental, Cognitive or Industrial Psychology.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' experience.
