The Company:
Our client, the most awarded digital network has assigned us to find a Planning Director who will be ahead of the game in communications and digital to work across a global mobile brand.

The Role:
Lead with initiative and liaise with other key agencies in the network to develop communication campaigns
Deliver innovative thinking (e.g. partnerships to content initiatives to new platforms) and have the energy and passion to make things happen
Gain the respect and become the central resource for all issues on the global account
Become the core strategic voice of the account, running the day to day team of planners
Work alongside internal account/creative teams as well as the network creative and media agencies to deliver idea platforms and campaigns.
Interrogate insights to aid the creation of ideas and approaches

The Person:
Minimum 10 years' experience; 5 years working in digital and 2/3 managing several direct reports
Proven digital planning experience
Proven ability to generate innovative ideas as well as rigorous strategic arguments
Entrepreneurial and versatile attitude
Able to hold their own with the client (integrated and digital teams)
Innovative and able to continually demonstrate world-class digital strategy, thinking and ideas
