Key Accountabilities:
Building a knowledge centre of excellence with regard to the
development for this segment: and contribute to the overall team’s
launch and sales goals.
- Achieving the key metrics called for by the business and GTM plan
- Contribute to the VE V.me marketing plan
- Develop a recognized product expertise to become the V.me product expert and available source of knowledge
- Take responsibility for defining and assisting in the briefing of all local presentation materials to all B2B and B2C audiences
- Document the market structure, key players and local factors that will impact the French market GTM strategy
- Manage and distil pan European and local research
- Attend meetings where needed
- Help the team to constantly improve it’s knowledge and “sizing “ of the sector
- Provide status and insight via performance and tracking “dashboards”
- Assist RM in attending relevant meetings
- Contribute to adapting and or writing local sales decks
- Maintain the GTM plan and provide key dashboard metrics
- Work with the local market offices and teams to help them package the product in all areas of the marketing mix (communications, product, acceptance/merchants and pricing) to the audiences in the V.me model
- Identify new market opportunities
- Develop the marketing strategy within a business model that calls for a high level of centrally controlled and maintained product and business strategy.
- Draft local marketing plan and briefs
- Plan, analyse and monitor market research and competitive activity
Essential Criteria:
- Experience and understanding of the retail bank marketing
- E-Retail / digital marketing
- Consumer and or B2B marketing experience : strategy and execution
Desirable Criteria:
- New technology, banking, cards or marketing agency / consultancy experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Diplomatic but determined and goal oriented
- Real enthusiasm for the V.me product and mission
- Good broad general knowledge of Visa products and services
- Strong ability to liaise with different levels within the organisation and different cultural environments
- European languages
