We provide Social Media Management, Search Engine Marketing, analytics and website services to drive effective online recruitment.



We work with some of the world's largest and most successful brands including BP, Boots, ITV, Virgin, KPMG and Nestle.



We currently have a very exciting opportunity for a passionate, creative and experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to work within the Social Media team.



Primary objectives for this role:



Working closely with the Social Media Account Director, you will be a key member of a fast growing team and you will be responsible for the delivery and development of our Social Media service across a variety of clients including Boots, BP, KPMG and Nestle.



This is a senior role within the team and will carry a lot of responsibility. Key elements of the role will include client management by phone, email and face-to-face meetings, team briefings, proposal writing and presentations. You will input into the management of the social media team, lead consultancy projects and be focused on delivering ROI for clients with a clear commercial view.



Our work spans a variety of channels including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Knowledge and client based experience within these areas is required and you should also have experience with new and emerging channels such as: Pinterest and Instagram as well as other specialist niche platforms.



You will deliver innovative social media campaigns based on client requirements, stay abreast of the latest Social Media trends and techniques, providing Social Media insight to the team and clients. You will also communicate clearly and persuasively, demonstrating technical expertise and confidence in client consultations.



Skills, knowledge and experience:



To apply for the Senior Social Media Account Manager's role you should have:



Essential:



Minimum 2 years' experience of delivering social media campaigns for clients

Minimum 4 years' in a client facing role, ideally an agency background

Passionate about all forms of Social Media

Knowledge and experience in other digital areas such as SEO, PPC, analytics and web development

Project Management skills but no formal qualification required

Marketing background, with a specialism in social media

Creative, innovative and enthusiastic about new ideas and trends

Excellent communication, written and verbal

Professional manner, confident client-facing skills

Strong level of organisation and attention to detail

Educated to degree level



Desirable



Degree within Marketing discipline

Other digital experience

Experience of working with large scale clients, e.g. well-known brand, blue-chip company

Awareness of the wider business context, recruitment industry knowledge
