Group Account Director
A leading digital creative agency based in London is looking for an ambitious Group Account Director / Group Business Director to join some of the best strategic and creative talent in the industry. As a Group Account Director / Group Business Director you will be responsible for a number of the agencies key accounts. You will be responsible for growing client business through optimisation, proactive thinking and develop and build excellent client relationships. You will be managing a number of leading and global retail and automotive client's delivering interactive and creative solutions from CRM, social media, strategy to mobile.
*Be the face of relationships and create and drive business initiatives
*Manage a number of clients services team for different accounts (team of 8)
*Work closely with group agencies and client agencies delivering full service solutions
*Provide creative concepting for high profile briefs and provide executional advice to internal agencies
*Lead and motivate the respective account teams
Skills and experience required:
*Will have experience working with retail and automotive accounts
*Need to have strong digital experience with an agency background
*Personality is key, no egos but curious and creative minds
