This agency is one of the major industry players, with an excellent reputation, global offices, broad client base, high profile brands and a wide variety of multiple media channel campaigns always being delivered.

As part of their ongoing growth there is now the opportunity for a Creative Services Manager to join their team and shape one of the key areas in the agency, and ultimately help push the business further to creative and commercial success.

Working closely with a diverse and talented team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Digital Developers, Artworkers and Freelancers the CSM role is broad, and includes;

-Creating and implementing systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department
-Day to day management and development of the creative team
-Understanding briefs, their objectives and where creative input is needed
-Providing guidance and acting as a referral point for internal departments
-Assign projects to the right creative and design talent in the studio.
-Cost Creative, Design, Digital and Artwork projects accurately for pitch and incumbent projects
-Ensure creative work is delivered within time and budget
-Updating internal and external clients
-Work with the Creative Director to assemble the best talent (in house/freelance) for the business needs and vision
-Arrange regular kick off, briefings and WIP meetings.
-Supplier selection and management
-Management reporting
