The Job

As Senior Account Director you will have a multi-faceted role of client services, team management and ad ops.

Day to day to you will oversee a key portfolio of clients to ensure campaign delivery and optimisation is of the highest quality. Working closely with your team of ad ops and account management specialists you will be the face of the business for your clients, and will be responsible for the strategic direction of the team.

You will develop and grow the team and be responsible for developing new and innovative strategies to help continue the huge growth the company is going through. As Senior Account Director you will be heavily involved in driving forward one of the most highly regarded technologies in the space and be part of the team that takes RTB to the next level.

Experience Required

The successful candidate for this role will be a digital media superstar.

You will have a great mix of :

- Very strong client management skills working at senior level

- Great understanding of how the digital media buying landscape has changed across display, mobile and video with the introduction of RTB campaigns

- Outstanding line management experience

You will be highly analytical, ideally with a related degree and love nothing more than showing a client why your digital media and technology is the best on the market.
