Staffing Account Manager - Experiential Marketing Agency

Outline of role:

  • Delivering first class staffing solutions for Experiential clients
  • Planning and implementing staffing campaigns with structure and substance
  • Attending auditions to cast specific profiles of staff
  • Liaising across a number of experiential teams daily to suggest and improve on-going live activity
  • Distinguish and lead a level of quality control across all campaigns
  • Develop and build on post activity feedback
  • Deliver training and briefing sessions on the agency values 

Likely atrributes for successful candidate:

  • 2 years staffing experience within a Staffing or Experiential agency
  • Team management of at least one line report
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in agency etc
  • Strong consumer understanding
  • Experience of working in a cross functional team 
  • Understanding of retail channels & customers
  • Strong financial awareness
  • Working knowledge of understanding and developing detailed brand activity plan
