Senior Account Executive
Superb opportunity to work with an established close knit, full service agency in a traditional Account Executive position.
Our client is a traditional full service agency, covering advertising, print as well as digital media, and their client base focuses within the housebuilding sector. The successful candidate will support an Account Director on some of the agency’s largest accounts as well as supporting other Account Managers, primarily working on fast-turnaround classified weekly press advertising where they will check content, obtain client approval and then manage the trafficking of the job through to delivery to publications. They will also be involved with the progression of print jobs, liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices and ensuring everything keeps to time and budget.
In order to be considered for this role you must therefore be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of print and advertising, superb interpersonal skills as well as being an organised, methodical person. Our client has proven systems which really work well for them, so it is essential that you are able to adapt quickly to the processes and procedures. You will probably have gained 2-3 years experience within a full service agency environment already, though the client is prepared to consider candidates who have the necessary skill set for the role who have worked inhouse. Housebuilding experience would be a real plus as well, but this is certainly not a pre-requisite. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role with clearly defined career progression to an Account Manager position, ideally within 12 months.
