Shopper/ Customer Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take responsibility for a key account with one of the UK’s largest retailers, overseeing all shopper + customer marketing activity. Your overall remit is to grow this account through carefully managing all insight and category data, whilst also focusing on customer and trade issues. You will be expected to do this effectively enough to grow the account through increased demand, whilst also exploring needs for NPD. You will need to show a passion to grow and excel yourself and the business, as well as the ability to lead a team in the future.
You will ideally already have consumer electronics experience, preferably with in a variety of different products, but those with more experience in one channel will also be considered. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of clear ways of working, with the back bone to lead by example and challenge the norm, spearing these brands into future success. You will also show the imagination to inject fresh ideas into the team, with the discipline to stay within guidelines already set out in the company’s 5 year strategic development plan.
