Senior UX Architect
UX Architect £40,000 - £60,000 UX Architect £40,000 - £60,000
My client are an independant, award winning creative agency with offices around the globe. They require someone passionate about user experience and at the forefront of new thinking and techniques; responsible for the development of innovative customer experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices.
The User Experience Architect role in the UE team is focused on drawing together the client's business requirements, the customer/end-users' requirements and an understanding of the technical delivery environment, in order to develop a blueprint for the solution to be delivered.
Using their core skills in Information Architecture and interaction design, plus their wide ranging knowledge of usability issues and techniques, the UEA leads the user experience design of a project from the Scoping/High-level Design phase (e.g. identification of user types/usage scenarios, developing the user experience strategy) through to delivery of detailed UE design deliverables (e.g. information architecture, navigation systems, user journeys, wireframes and other UE deliverables - whether these deliverables are required by in-house delivery teams, or for third-party delivery). They have an overall view of the objectives and strategy behind the project, plus the attention to detail to be able to define how the site will work at a granular/functional level.
The UEA will work on projects on a per engagement basis, rather than being consistently engaged on one client on an ongoing basis. However, each member of the team will have a range of clients with whom they are more familiar, in order to build up a depth of client knowledge. They will work primarily on site design and development projects ranging from brand re-positioning, to site re-architectures, application/functional development through to campaign microsites.
