It has won a number of cracking accounts recently and is now looking to add to its already impressive digital team.

The company is looking for someone who has digital direct response planning and buying skills. You will be working across all digital platforms including display, search, affiliates and aggregators. You will also work across social media and other emerging platforms.

It's a cracking opportunity to develop your career. You'll develop strategies and insights for your clients that drive performance through an unrivalled understanding of digital channels and how consumers use them. You'll have daily client contact, manage two juniors and support your Account Director in wider commercial issues and new business.

To secure this great opportunity you will need to have:
A true passion for digital media.
Have planned and bought performance focussed campaigns across different platforms.
A strategic approach to client briefs with an open and inquisitive mind. Someone who can use digital media in creative and innovative ways.
Exceptional client handling skills as you will be seen as a digital ambassador for the agency.
A team player is essential for this role as you will be guiding the training and development of juniors while dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
Knowledge and experience in system tools such as Mediamind, Comscore, Doubleclick, TGI etc.
