PERFORMANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER - THRIVING AGENCY!

London£30000 - £40000 per annum + Benefits



THE ROLE

This is one of the best direct response roles in the market at the moment! You will be working at one of the top media agencies in London. The agency has won some mega accounts recently and is now staffing up heavily - especially within the Performance Team.

You will play a key role in the team, supporting your Account Director in developing innovative, creative and big budget performance focussed strategies. You will work across all platforms (offline and digital) and have the chance to work with big budgets. The role incorporates strategy development, planning and buying, managing internal teams and external partner agencies. You will also play a key role in developing outstanding client relationships and support the team in any new business pitches.

The role gives the right person the opportunity to work on a range of industry leading brands in different sectors. REQUIREMENTS

You must have a genuine interest in Performance marketing. This role requires someone who wants to progress in their career. You will be supported all the way so you must be someone who loves a challenge, wants to be stretched and has a passion for media. Other requirements include:

Multi-media planning experience with a performance focus
Full understanding of planning process from briefing to reporting campaign analysis
Experience in project-managing and ability to deliver first-class post campaign analysis presentations and media proposals.
Confident and proficient in front of clients with strong communication skills on email and over the phone.
An organised approach to managing work streams, both for your own work and that from within the extended team. It is a busy role so you would need to demonstrate strong time-keeping, prioritisation and personal admin skills.
A likeable individual who can quickly strike up strong relationships with clients as well as internal colleagues and media owners.
