Our client is a leading global luxury company which has operations across Europe, Asia and the United States. They are currently looking for an experienced store manager to manage their operations by maximising store productivity and profitability through team building and staff development.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving the profit of the store and meeting sales targets. You will also be involved in operations, staff management, stock control and visual merchandise, CRM and customer base development.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 2-5 years of store manager experience in a retail service environment.
- Passion for luxury
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
