Account Director

 

A fantastic opportunity has come along for an Account Director looking for a new challenge. Our client is a well established integrated agency in Bournemouth.

 

They are looking for someone who is used to fast paced environment, is creative and driven. They are looking for someone who comes from agency background and has experience dealing with Sports Brands or comes from Sports background.


You would report to the head of client service and managing director, and your role will be to develop existing clients, along with working on new business wins, being involved with the strategy for clients and line management of account managers and execs. You would occasionally be asked to travel abroad for business. As well as The day to day running of the accounts you would be in charge of project and budget management as well as coaching juniors on career development.
You will work across consumer and business brands and new business. Our client has great ambitions for the future and are still growing so great time to get on board and put your stamp on it. 

Must have:

TV/radio/outdoor advertising experience
Experience working with both B2C and B2B clients
Management experience
Will to motivate others
Fantastic attention to detail
Ability to develop and grow existing business
Fantastic execution skills, taking concept to delivery
