Top Digital Agency - Senior Account Manager - Salary £30-35k

London£30000 - £35000 per annum


The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the management, implementation and delivery of projects. He/she will provide the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing the progress of projects from brief through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, creative and determined to succeed. They can come from either a pure play digital or an integrated background (with a digital skew). Importantly the candidate must be able to develop strong working relationships with clients, be calm under pressure, manage multiple projects and tasks with an understanding of the bigger picture, be proactive, organised, clever, and also be able to think on their feet and can work autonomously.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants will have at least 3 years experience working in an Account Management role for a digital or genuinely integrated agency. You must be a confident, hardworking and passionate SAM who is excited by the prospect of a role with real potential for career growth.

The ideal candidate:

*MUST have a strong digital knowledge. Including, usability, digital media, Search, eCRM, Web Build, Email Marketing, Social etc.
*A confident communicator who is patient, diplomatic and great at explaining things - especially digital!
*A trend watcher who brings insight and opportunities to team members and clients alike
*Motivated, passionate and digitally minded + ready to hit the ground running
*Strong account handling skills, with experience of overseeing and running a number of clients and projects simultaneously
*Exceptional organisational and budgeting skills - able to manage a demanding workload, resource, delegate, problem solve and remain on budget
*Strong written, verbal & presentation skills
*Ability to build relationships & rapport with clients and internal team members quickly
*Strong commercial acumen & ability to understand a clients business needs
*Ability to understand and communicate client needs; to form a clear brief for internal teams
*Ability to present confidently and clearly articulate arguments to stakeholders at all levels. Not afraid to challenge briefs and the status quo in order to achieve a better result
