THE COMPANY
Our client is a highly regarded and successful financial services company. They have a uniquely, refreshing company culture and are looking for a Marketing Strategy and Campaign Manager to join their team to work on data driven marketing strategies that will help grow their business.
THE ROLE
As Marketing Strategy and Campaign Manager you will develop, co-ordinate and execute the marketing plans in line with the company objectives. Responsibilities will include:
*Developing insight and CRM initiatives that will meet marketing and business objectives
*Working with the Strategy Manager to prepare annual insight plans to support objectives and programme KPI's
*Creating engaging and compelling customer propositions and marketing plans to deliver customer value.
*Taking full ownership of the CRM plan and review process
*Developing effective cross channel acquisition and retention strategies.
*Provide tactical support offering expertise and advice on opportunities, risk and input into targeting for campaigns
YOU
An excellent communicator and with amazing attention to detail, the Marketing Strategy and Campaign Manager will have experience of interpreting complex data sets and have an evident ability to present findings to influence and inform stakeholders.
Other requirements for this superb role are as follows:
* Background in financial services industry
* Excellent data driven direct marketing experience
* Solid track record of channel and consumer marketing
* First rate communications and presentation skills
* Educated to at least degree in a business or marketing related discipline
