Salary: £55000 to £60000 per annum

As eCommerce Manager, you will spearhead the businesses foray into Direct-to-Consumer selling. You will lead the development and selection of an eCommerce platform, working across online merchandising, site optimisation and taking an existing supply chain structure to deliver sales across the EMEA region, witha strong UK focus. You will have complete ownership from an eCommerce perspective, from driving traffic to the site, the onsite user experience and customer journey, through to the optimum commercial product offering, pricing and layout, through to ensuring customer service levels are appropriate to the brands' excellent reputation.
Of graduate calibre, you will be an eCommerce professional with a strong track record. You will ideally have launched an eCommerce proposition previously, or been heavily involved in the early stage development of such a project. You will be a strong project manager, with a credibility and confidence to inspire those around you, matrix manage where appropriate and engage the wider management team to the possibilities of eCommerce as a channel.
