Campaigns Manager required for a 12 month contract for a professional services business based in Bristol. As a Campaigns Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of communication staff in designing, building and executing all marketing communications and campaigns to new and existing customers. Working with the acquisition and retention team you will ensure that all campaigns are coming in under budget whilst being effective and achieving target. Being Campaigns Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all collateral is on brand and compliant with legal and you will also be responsible for competitor analysis to understand where improvements can be made within your own campaigns.
The suitable candidate will have experience working within a Campaigns Manager role and have been exposed to working with both acquisitions and retention. You will be creative and analytical with a sound commercial awareness. Knowledge of end to end campaign management is essential and you will have experience in people management. This is a target focused role with achievable KPI’s so the suitable candidate should thrive on a challenge and strive to hit their targets.
