Our client is a leading online retailer and they have a current requirement for a eCRM Campaign Manger, to plan, manage and implement a programme of online CRM marketing activity in order to maximise online purchasing frequency and spend. You will support the creation and manage the implementation of the online eCRM customer retention strategy, including:
- Online customer lifecycle
- Customer relevancy and preference management
- Online category support

Candidate Requirements

- A good understanding of CRM and measures of online success. Experience of CRM is essential.
- Proven experience of working with agencies and good communications skills
- A good level of creativity, initiative, relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding and use of web analytics tools
