In this role you will be required to undertake customer driven analysis to provide the CIU with the knowledge base and information systems to support leading edge analytical insights. You'll deliver creative solutions using all available data sources to analytical queries such as:

*Long term and short term impacts on customer spending behaviour of promotions across products
*Customer switching, between different product categories, stores or channel (e.g online vs store)
*Development of guidelines for selection of stores to be used within CIU research trials
*Profiling of customer types and understanding of cross shopping between channels
*Creation of alert/exception reports to be able to identify potential issues within the customer base

If you want to apply for this great CIU Analyst role at this retail giant, it is essential that you have the following:

*Previous retail experience is preferable
*Strong experience of data mining large databases
*The ability to use customer/transactional level data to identify customer patterns to determine the success of key business strategies
*Experience of statistical techniques - e.g Regression, Multivariate and Cluster Analysis, Time Series analysis, data mining
