User Experience Manager

Situated in London, this role will see you joining the online business of one of the nation's most reputable retailers. As User Experience Manager you will focus on building and creating the new international multi-channel business.
Make it easier to shop for customers across digital touch points, helping to improve customer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion through the development of best in class digital
user experiences. You will also identify, design and deliver simple, intuitive, useful and engaging end to end user experiences across our digital touch points.
To be considered for the User Experience Manager role you will need the following :
*Strong, proven experience of e-commerce and digital user experience and usability. This would include development of user journeys and wire-framing for web and mobile devices
*Proven understanding and practical use of User Centred Design (UCD)
*Previous experience of working on international/global sites desirable
*Sound working knowledge of digital and cross channel customer behaviour, customer tracking and research methods
