Main responsibilities
- Delivery of the UK customer acquisition targets.
- Acquisition budget management to ensure targets are delivered cost-effectively.
- Regular clear communication of acquisition performance vs. target to the business.
- Liaison with internal delivery teams to implement any necessary proposition development to maintain offer competitiveness and achieve customer acquisition targets.
- Clear communication of the quarterly acquisition plan to the business and liaison with internal delivery teams to ensure the necessary cross-functional support is in place to meet targets.
- Development and management of customer loyalty programmes to ensure churn reduction.
- Manage a clear plan to ensure customers are regularly using their phone and active on the network.
Requirements:
- Strong experience acquiring and retaining customers ideally in Mobile/Telecoms
- Problem solving, commercial acumen, and leadership skills
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing staff
