Head of Loyalty and Retention – Ground Breaking Mobile Start Up!


This exciting mobile start up has one of the most innovative propositions the mobile  market  has ever seen. They are for Loyalty and retention to rapidly grow and retain the user base.

Main responsibilities

  • Delivery of the UK customer acquisition targets.
  • Acquisition budget management to ensure targets are delivered cost-effectively.
  • Regular clear communication of acquisition performance vs. target to the business.
  • Liaison with internal delivery teams to implement any necessary proposition development to maintain offer competitiveness and achieve customer acquisition targets.
  • Clear communication of the quarterly acquisition plan to the business and liaison with internal delivery teams to ensure the necessary cross-functional support is in place to meet targets.
  • Development and management of customer loyalty programmes to ensure churn reduction.
  • Manage a clear plan to ensure customers are regularly using their phone and active on the network.

Requirements: 

  • Strong experience acquiring  and retaining customers ideally in Mobile/Telecoms
  • Problem solving, commercial acumen, and leadership skills
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience of managing staff
