My client is looking for a Creative Planner to play an integral part in a well established agency. The role is pivotal to company growth and you will work across a few of their key accounts. They are looking for a passionate marketing evangelist who is truly inspired by great ideas.
The Role
We are looking for a strategically minded individual who understands their client's market and needs and can add valuable insight from the initial briefing stages of a project. Someone who can spot opportunities for growth and improvement:
- Truly collaborative working closely with creatives, designers, copywriters, UX and developers
- Exceptional communicator someone who is able to speak to clients strategically, creatively and analytically
- Client centric approach someone who can accurately capture their client needs and inspiringly convey them to the wider agency
- Insight led approach that combines data with great ideas
- Willingness to work onsite with the client to support them with internal briefings/meetings
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced creative planner/strategist who is naturally tenacious, creative and curious. We need someone who has a natural flair with clients and can demonstrate previous proven ability to create relationships that last.
Other key attributes that we are looking for are as follows:
- Creatively minded planner who also had a strong grasp of data-driven planning
- Self-starter an individual who can push ideas that go one step further, striving to be innovative whilst also being conscious of the client's boundaries
- Someone who can take top-line ideas and help turn them into structured work streams with measurable objectives
- Visible leading force when it comes to ideas generation and brainstorming
- Unflappable with a calm and rational demeanour
