You will need to be highly skilled in customer-centred design as well as possess excellent communication and team management skills.
To apply you'll need to bring proven experience in User Experience best practice and online journey design. You'll have bring experience in improving conversion rates through online journeys and a sound knowledge of online analytics tools.
