We are currently looking to recruit a specialist Packaging Design Manager to work client side with a global FMCG giant on their portfolio of high profile powerbrands.
Core responsibilities for this role include application of packaging design to brand re-launch, NPD/EPD an promotional projects; identifiying trends, evaluating objectives, assessing projects and supporting external agencies and providers on design and implementation; ensure consistent brand perception, control guidelines, manage ongoing design strategy; manage time and costs, safeguard master design creative, manage optimal usage of resources to budget, supervise, audit and direct the design agencies, control design funding.
Minimum requirements:
: design related Masters Degree or equivalent
: significant experience in design/ project management, brand/packaging design strategy working with or in a FMCG/CPG environment
: strong background in packaging design and demonstrated experience in the implementation of brand design guidelines into packaging properties
: understanding of packaging and printing technologies
: management of internal and external cross-functional projects, suppliers and agencies
: project leader spirit that is positive, enthusiastic and dynamic
: proven ability to write clear and concise creative design briefs
: strong problem solving and analytical skills
