one of world's fastest-growing independent mobile advertising networks are looking for an accomplished and successful Agency Sales Manager to help it establish revenue streams in the UK media markets by targeting some of the UKs most high profile 'Tier1' media agencies.

The position would ideally suit an entrepreneurial digital media sales person with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience in mobile marketing and advertising would be a strongly preferred.

The primary function is to generate a new revenue streams from developers, media agencies and mobile specialist agencies. You will achieve this by establishing contact with key mobile media buyers within these organisations, using telephone, e-mail and social media, probably with a view to setting up an initial meeting, at which you would present our clients solutions.

Once you have the client on board, you will need to work closely both with the agency and the in house ad operations team to ensure that the client is happy and that you are maximising the revenue opportunity.

The basic salary is £35,000 per year. In addition, Agency Sales Managers will earn a commission of 5% of sales net of agency discount. Your target will be to reach billings of £40,000 per month initially, within 3 to 6 months of starting, giving an OTE of around £55,000.


Desired Skills & Experience

Required

> Minimum 2 years agency sales experience working for a mobile network or online network (Mobile Network experience would be highly advantageous, but not a deal breaker).
> Expertise and experience in managing online advertising for advertisers/agencies.
> Proven success and results with winning new business from high profile media agencies
> Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
> Proven ability to nurture multiple accounts at all levels
> Strong sales background.
> Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
