Performance and planning manager
Our client a leading media agency are currently looking to hire a Performance planning manager to join their team. This role will be to provide a single point of expertise and advice for the client teams, you will take ownership of all areas of day to day performance campaign management through from initial brief to post campaign performance reviews.
You will support the planning director and head of performance planning in developing acquisition focused strategies across performance digital channels to ensure integration with overall planning strategies.
You will manage and develop account executives and media assistants within the team. Along with this you will provide commentary and analysis on weekly reports and working with buying teams to create and manage 'initiative reports' detailing plans of action for responding to performance challenges.
For this role you will need:
Great Project management skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns Help to lead client understanding
Work closely with the planning team to understand platform a and wider strategy Develop relationships with relevant media owners at an appropriate level
You must have relevant experience of planning across digital performance channels – SEO PPC Aggregators and affiliates At least three years working in an agency environment
You will have a strong understanding of media tools and techniques communication channels media planning and reporting processes, media buying/ negotiation within guidelines
Understand response planning metrics – response rates, cost per response, conversion rates, cost per acquisition- return on investment
