Digital Product Development Manager
Are you an eCommerce professional with product development experience? If so, a Digital Product Development Manager is required for an innovative and forward thinking pureplay business, which has been a real eCommerce success story over the last few years. This Digital Product Development Manager role sits within the wider Product Development team and is based in new offices in Central London.
As the Digital Product Development Manager for this well known eCommerce business, you will have overall responsibility for driving the customer journey & user experience for all consumer facing online propositions with a real focus on the mobile channel. You'll deliver new features and improved functionality to deliver a best in class experience across mobile apps and mobile websites for the business. This is a role with the autonomy to make changes that will actually make an impact to the business and their customers.
To excel as the Digital Product Development Manager for this eCommerce business, you will bring some commercial product development or customer journey experience from a consumer environment where you have owned the product roadmap. Some experience in bringing mobile products to market and continuously improving the customer experience on those mobile or web products would be highly desirable. From a technical perspective, you will have experience of web analytics and A/B multi-variate testing. Most of all you will be mobile savvy with a genuine interest in the eCommerce and mobile space who wants to join a company that is going places.
