eCommerce Analyst / Merchandising Analyst / Web Insight Analyst is needed for one of the UK's leading eCommerce technology companies to analyse customer data and make recommendations about how best to target particular audiences, working with some of the key players from the Online retail industry as the business expands on a global scale.
Working closely with the Merchandising, Client Services and Tech teams, the successful candidate will
*Measure and report on the performance across a range of client eCommerce websites.
*Make actionable insights after interrogating browsing, behavioural and social data.
*Understand how Online Merchandising affects conversion.
*Use analysis to uncover trends and patterns relating to purchasing behaviour, implementing strategies to products.
*Build case studies to support new business and additional services sales improve sales for eCommerce retailers.
*Identify opportunities for Improvements and new.
The eCommerce Analyst / Merchandising Analyst / Web Insight Analyst will have:
*Excellent analytical skills, covering web, customer and business analytics including familiarity with using Google Analytics or similar to create actionable insights.
*Demonstrable experience in Online Retail / eCommerce.
*A passion for data and Online trends.
*The ability to communicate both commercial and technical reports and solutions clearly and confidently.
*Strong communication skills and be able to engage with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.
